Pinyahta was founded by Cody Gillund, a twenty year marketing leader who has served in early stage startups, high growth companies, and executive roles across the GTM function. After repeatedly seeing talented leaders misled into misaligned roles or crushed by unrealistic expectations, she recognized a pattern. Leaders were not failing. They were being set up to fail.
