Every Score is created by marketing leaders inside the Pinyahta community across all membership tiers using a structured, constructive process designed to surface insight, not negativity. It measures the conditions that matter most using five predictors of role success: expectations versus resources, cultural respect, strategic alignment, authority, and investment.

These predictors roll into three dimensions; Alignment, Culture, and Willingness to Invest, revealing whether marketing is set up as a true 4P function or reduced to 1P execution.

To ensure accuracy and trust, the Score is generated through a structured, verified process:

  • Marketing leaders submit structured responses tied to the five predictors

  • Each contribution is authentic and anonymized

  • Responses are aggregated and weighted across the three dimensions

  • A confidence level grows as more leaders score the same company, increasing reliability over time
